Our terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Cricchallengers platform").
Usage of Cricchallengers
By utilizing Cricchallengers' services, users acknowledge and agree to any changes made to the existing Terms and Conditions, as well as to the rules, regulations, and usage policies established by Cricchallengers.
In the event a User disagrees with any amendments to the Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations, and usage policies, Cricchallengers reserves the right to restrict the User's access to its services.
Cricchallengers is authorized to set general guidelines and limitations for Cricchallengers, including the ability to deactivate or delete a user's account along with all associated data and files, relocate or remove any content submitted by the user to the site, and establish general practices and limitations.
Cricchallengers reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate a User's access to all or any part of Cricchallengers or its features if the User is discovered or suspected of violating Cricchallengers' terms and conditions, or of using Cricchallengers or its features in an inappropriate or unlawful manner. This includes the right to deactivate or delete the user's account and information, and remove any associated content. If deemed necessary, Cricchallengers may pursue legal or technical remedies against the User.

The collection, use, and protection of user information, including payment and personal details gathered during registration, are governed by the Cricchallengers Privacy Policy available at the Privacy Policy section. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Users must promptly report any unauthorized use of their linked payment accounts to Cricchallengers. Cricchallengers will not be held accountable for any loss or damage resulting from a User's failure to comply with these policies. By using Cricchallengers' services, users agree not to copy or modify the technology and software associated with Cricchallengers and its features.
Registration Restrictions
Individuals residing in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, and Nagaland are not eligible to participate in contests hosted by Cricchallengers. For PAN verification, users must provide a full image of their PAN card, rather than a photocopy. In the case of E-PAN cards, images of both the front and back sides must be submitted for the verification process.
Eligibility and Jurisdiction Policy
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter our Contests.
- Entrants must be residing in India at the time they enter the contest.
- Due to specific state laws within India, Cricchallengers reserves the right to exclude individuals from certain states from participating in any Contest. Specifically, individuals residing in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, and Nagaland are ineligible to participate in paid or contests. This exclusion is because the laws in these states prohibit residents from engaging in online games that involve an entry fee, such as Fantasy Cricket.
- A valid email address is essential for contest participation.
- To be eligible for winnings, participants must have completed their registration on Cricchallengers before the start of each contest round.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its affiliates own all copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property and related rights ("Rights"), which are reserved. Unless otherwise stated:
All material on the Website, including games, contests, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clips, and Flash animation, are owned by Cricchallengers, its partners, licensors, and/or associates as listed in the Copyright Information on the Website. Users must not exploit the Intellectual Property Rights owned by Cricchallengers and its affiliates without an express written license from Cricchallengers.
Users are solely responsible for the content they make available on the Website ("Users' Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted. Users must ensure that the Intellectual Property Rights in their content are their own and do not infringe on third-party rights. Users agree not to display or use third-party names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on the Website without authorization. Users also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cricchallengers, its directors, employees, affiliates, and assigns against all costs, damages, losses, and claims, including litigation costs and counsel fees, arising from third-party claims of infringement of Intellectual Property Rights due to such display or use on the Website by the User.
All names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on the Website belonging to any person, entity, or third party are recognized as proprietary to the respective owners. Any claims or issues against these rights must be addressed directly to the respective parties under notice to Cricchallengers.
Conditions for Winning, Winner Selection, and Verification
Winners will be selected as per Cricchallengers' criteria. In the event of multiple pre-designated winners, selection will be based on the ranking of their combined scores after the relevant round of the Contest.
Prior to game commencement, Cricchallengers will specify the number of winners and their corresponding amounts. In case of tied results, winners will share winnings equally. Users must adhere to Cricchallengers' terms and conditions to ensure eligibility for winnings. Failure to comply releases Cricchallengers from any obligation to pay.
Residents of specific Indian states participating in paid versions of the Contest(s) may be disqualified by Cricchallengers. Any accrued rewards will be forfeited in such cases, with no winner declared, and contest entry fees refunded to their Cricchallengers accounts. This applies to head-to-head competitions with identical teams and players, including captains and vice-captains.
General Requirements
Cricchallengers reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any ongoing Contest(s) if necessary to comply with governmental, statutory, or regulatory requirements, approvals, or restrictions, or if the Contest(s) are deemed unlawful or prohibited by law. Users of Cricchallengers' services agree not to pursue legal action resulting from such cancellations or withdrawals. Contest entry is prohibited for employees, directors, affiliates, relatives, or family members of Cricchallengers.
Errors and Downtime
Occasionally, the products and information presented on the Site and Applications may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Organization is not obligated to regularly update the Site and Applications and does not assure the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content and information. The Organization bears no responsibility for keeping them up-to-date or comprehensive.
The Organization or its respective providers may modify or enhance the Site, the Applications, or any aspect thereof without prior notice, including the addition or removal of features, sections, components, or other functionalities. The Organization holds no liability for such modifications or enhancements and ensures their compliance with these terms.

Waiver

All the disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, with non-exclusive jurisdiction, arising from or relating to these agreements.
