Refund Policy
Once funds are added to a user's account on Cricchallengers, they become non-refundable and are intended for use in participating in leagues or competitions hosted by the website.
Transactions initiated by Cricchallengers are irreversible once confirmed, and users cannot request reversals. However, under certain conditions at the discretion of Cricchallengers, users may have the option to cancel a transaction and request reimbursement. To initiate a cancellation and reimbursement request, users must send a written request from their registered email address. For transactions related to paid contests, the request must be received at least 2 days before the start of the relevant round.
After deducting cancellation fees and taxes, Cricchallengers reserves the right to reimburse the transaction amount to the user at its sole discretion. The estimated refund processing period is 5-7 business days. Users should familiarize themselves with any additional terms and conditions that may affect transactions during processing.
In instances where the clauses in the additional terms and conditions of a transaction conflict with those on Cricchallengers, the additional terms and conditions will take precedence. Refunds apply solely to funds utilized for contest entry and will be credited to the source in the Cricchallengers User Account.
Cancellation and Reimbursement Procedure
To cancel a transaction and request reimbursement, users must follow these steps:
- Send a written request from the registered email address.
- For transactions related to paid contests, ensure the request is submitted at least 2 days before the start of the relevant round.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt of a valid reimbursement request, Cricchallengers will:
- Deduct applicable cancellation fees and taxes.
- Reimburse the remaining transaction amount to the user at its sole discretion.
- Commence the refund processing, with an estimated period of 5-7 business days.
